Poor performance on table scripting

Table scripting is slower than expected and could be improved.

Can't drop a database when an object view has been shown

If you open an object view, e.g. Tables, then try to drop the database it can't be dropped because the database is in use. When the connection used to create the object view is disposed (after a few minutes) the database can be dropped normally.
